Following the publication of our first sustainability report last year, this year we have placed particular emphasis on a KPI audit. This audit serves as targeted preparation for the upcoming reporting obligations in accordance with the CSRD.
As a manufacturer of prefabricated timber frame houses, sustainability has always been a central component of our corporate values. Our focus is not only on short-term success, but also on creating a sustainable future. By investing in efficient heating systems and photovoltaic systems, we have once again been able to reduce CO2 emissions per house produced.
For us, sustainability not only encompasses environmental aspects, but also social commitment to our employees. This is reflected, among other things, in our low staff turnover rate. We are proud to be able to count on long-serving employees and to promote the training and further education of young people.
