Our third sustainability report: progress, goals and future prospects
Following the publication of our first two sustainability reports, we are consistently focussing on transparency and further development again this year - still on a voluntary basis. Despite the postponed reporting obligations under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), we are continuing on our path with conviction.
2024 was a year of progress for us: we reached several important milestones, including obtaining the DGNB Gold certificate for small residential buildings in accordance with the new criteria catalog, developing new business areas, and completing our first serial refurbishment project. Through digitalisation, the circular economy and the use of healthy materials, we continue to make an active contribution to the ecological transformation of the construction industry.
For us, sustainability not only means resource-conserving construction, but also social commitment. We are particularly proud of our trainees and the continuous development of our employees. With modern working conditions and a comprehensive training concept, we are shaping a sustainable future together.
