Responsibility with measurable impact in our fourth sustainability report
In our fourth sustainability report, we highlight how responsibility is put into practice at Oikos – day by day, step by step, and with measurable results. For us, sustainability is not a peripheral issue, but an integral part of our actions and our future.
In 2025, we were once again able to make significant progress: for example, we have significantly reduced our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions per customer home compared with 2021. At the same time, we continue to rely on 100 per cent renewable electricity, are expanding our solar power capacity at our sites, and have achieved additional CO₂ savings through the use of biogas.
However, for us, sustainability means more than just energy and emissions. It is also reflected in our responsibility throughout the entire value chain – in our collaboration with partners, in clear standards, in health and safety at work, in training and further education, and in a corporate culture that prioritises long-term thinking.
By aligning ourselves with the ESRS, we are also creating greater transparency and comparability – and continuing on our path with a clear vision.
